Most importantly, we are taking the next step in delivering a superior customer experience, which, through the convergence of digital technologies, will be fully personalized and seamless, regardless of whether the customer switches between virtual and physical channels during their purchasing journey. This will position Big Bang as the leading retailer in the market.
