My story

I had my first contact with B2B sales as a student of marketing. After visiting Turkey as part of the Erasmus exchange, I realized I’m also drawn to other countries, so I traveled the world for 1 year as a master of international economy. When I returned to Slovenia I spent a few years working in marketing in tourism and later merged marketing and sales with the digital world. From there, my road led me through the open doors of Optiweb’s offices.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

What fascinated you most when you came to Optiweb?

The motivated team, great relationships among co-workers and their willingness to cooperate.

Name one event you remember most since your time in Optiweb.

Towards the end of the day I once mentioned to my boss that my concentration levels are running low, so he invited me to get some ice cream. Naturally, I couldn’t say no. On the way we solved a few challenges, filled our lungs with oxygen, put a smile on our faces and came back full of energy and vigour. What an effective strategy!

What do you value most in people?

Openness, honesty, positivity and – humaneness.

What was the first thing you bought with your own money?

My hamster Timi when I was 7. After seeing it in the pet store, I was completely overwhelmed, so I went home to grab a few hundred SIT, brought it home and frantically presented it to my family as our new family pet.
